HC men's soccer starts their district run at home on Wednesday, 10/14 at 6:00pm against Charlotte. This will be the last home game of the season. All students will get in free with their school ID. Come support our 15 seniors last home game and the start to the district games.

You may have noticed some new parking signs in the student lot. These spaces are for our coaches, so please do not park there.

Are some of your classmates doing amazing things that we might not know about that deserve some kudos? If so, email the information to Mrs. Zima so they can be featured on our new student shout-out bulletin boards.

Tickets are now on sale for the fall show: You Can't Take it With You. Come see this heartfelt comedy Nov. 6th or 7th at 7 PM or on Nov. 8th at 2 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for student and senior citizens, and those under 5 years of age get in free! New this year tickets can be purchased online at hchstheater.ludus.com

Reminder to all those involved in the production: we only have rehearsal Wednesday and Thursday this week. Booth and backstage tech: you are expected to start attending rehearsals THIS WEEK. See the calendar in Google Classroom for more details.

All marching band members, the boosters will be serving you food immediately after school tomorrow in the cafeteria in preparation for festival. The bus leaves close to 4, so please eat, dress, and load up in a timely fashion. We will also bring bottles of water and snacks for post festival performance.

Attention Girls Basketball...... the season is approaching fast. If you are interested in playing, please sign up in the Athletic Office. There will be Open Gym Tuesday, 6:30pm-7:30pm.

We will have a fall signing day for athletics November 11 during 2nd lunch. Please sign up in the Athletic office if you would like to participate.

If you are interested in Business and tons of field trips, join DECA! If you weren’t able to make our after school meeting last week, we will have a morning meeting on October 15th at 7:00 AM before school.

📣 SPIRIT BUS TO KENOWA HILLS! 🚌🏈Join us as we travel to the Kenowa Hills Varsity Football Game on Friday, October 9th! The bus will leave the HS at 5:00 PM; the cost is $5. The Athletic Office will take care of purchasing your game ticket. Important: You must return home on the spirit bus. Sign up and pay $5.00 in the Athletic Office before Wednesday, 10/7. Come support our Beavers! 💙🤍

A KCC advisor will be available to meet with juniors and seniors who are taking KCC classes and would like to go over their spring course options. If you would like to meet with a KCC advisor, please lease make sure to sign up by this Thursday.

Attention DND enthusiasts. The club is starting back up again on Thursdays 3 to 5. This Thursday is for DMS only to discuss campaigns. We will be meeting in the cafeteria.

Table Equity will meet today during lunchtime in the library.

Attention anyone who signed up to do tech for the fall theater production: please plan to attend a meeting in Ms. Hurley’s room on Monday, October 5th from 3-3:30.

Any techies signed up to do social media for theater should start attending rehearsals at their earliest convenience.

Anyone signed up to help with fundraising and advertising for theater should email or see Ms. Hurley with their ideas.

Costumers for the show should email Ms. Hurley so she can put you in touch with Ms. Kathy and work out a schedule.

For safety purposes, all students parking on school grounds are required to have a valid parking permit displayed in their vehicle. If you have not purchased your permit, please do so immediately. Our campus officer will be actively patrolling the parking lots to ensure all vehicles display a valid permit. Stop by the main office and purchase yours today for $10.00
