Happy Birthday to everyone who celebrated over the holiday weekend!

Happy Birthday today to: Tenley Korn

We are excited to share two upcoming opportunities for students to be involved in musical theatre!

 Matilda Jr.
Harper Creek Middle School and What A Do Theatre will be collaborating to present Matilda Jr. here at the middle school. Auditions will begin the week of March 9, and performances are scheduled for April 24–26, 2026. Detailed information will be available on Monday, March 2, 2026.

The Drowsy Chaperone – 7th & 8th Grade Students Only
Harper Creek High School will be performing The Drowsy Chaperone, and 7th and 8th grade students are invited to audition. Audition packets, including vocal selections, are now available in the main office.
While researching the show, be aware that we will be modifying certain elements to ensure it aligns with a PG-13 audience. This production has an additional opportunity for 8th Graders interested in working backstage or in the booth. Information about this will be announced in January. Please note: Students may participate in only one of the two productions, as the rehearsal schedules/tech week will overlap.

Any 8th graders interested in a possible schedule change for semester 2, please come to the office to fill out a form. Mrs. Schultz will then call you down to discuss it at a later date.

Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade level bin located in the cafeteria.  Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! Starting at the end of the month, there will be a prize for the student in each grade level who has received the most Lead Tickets.

In Sports News: Attention 7th and 8th grade girls: Sign-ups for middle school basketball are outside of Mrs. Stanton's room. Please sign up only yourself and print clearly. Tryouts will be held Monday, January 5th and you must have a physical on file at the time of tryouts. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Ries in room 209.

Calling all 5th and 6th grade girls. Are you ready to run, laugh and make new friends? Girls on the Run is back. Sign-up begins Monday, December 1st. Stop by the office for a flyer on how to sign up.
