Two Water Workouts Per Day – Focused stroke training & skill development.
Dryland Activities – Strength & flexibility exercises to enhance performance.
Classroom Learning – Video analysis & discussions on stroke techniques.

Designed for new lacrosse players, this program provides an engaging, fun, and safe introduction to lacrosse. Grades K - 5.
