Harper Creek Softball is hosting an ice cream open house this Thursday, February 12 from 7:00-8:00 PM in our high school cafeteria.  It will be an opportunity to meet the coach and fellow players and to sign up for tryouts! Come on out and check out what we're doing this season.

Passing along an incredible opportunity for you from the Harper Creek Optimist Club.  YOU have the opportunity to earn cash prizes by submitting an essay, with awards ranging from $100 to $500 and a potential $2,500 scholarship at the District level. Eligible students under age 19 as of October 1, 2025, must write on the topic, “How My Acts of Service Help Me Understand What My Community Means to Me,” and submit by February 13, 2026. Essays must follow all contest rules and will be screened for plagiarism and AI use, with guidelines available on the Harper Creek Optimist Club website. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Any girls interested in playing girls' soccer in the spring, please sign up at the Athletic Office.

The course fair will be taking place on Friday, February 13th. The course fair is an important part of the scheduling process for underclassmen and will give you a first-hand look at what opportunities we offer. We hope that the information you gain from the course fair will help you choose the classes you would like to take next year. Scheduling requests for the 26-27 school year will begin the week of February 16th. For seniors, the course fair is an opportunity for you to complete scholarship applications, work on financial aid, complete missing work, or spend time figuring out what your plan is for after graduation. If you have plans to attend a college visit or complete senior hours that day, please pick up an opt-out form from the counseling office.

Binder Park Zoo will be here on Tuesday, February 17, during lunch, with information on Summer Employment.

Attention 8th-12th graders! Are you interested in working backstage for the musical? There will be an informational meeting at the high school this afternoon from 3:00 to 3:45. The meeting has been moved to the black box near the high school auditorium. Come hear about our great opportunities, even if you didn't fill out the form. Anyone in need of service hours should speak with Ms. Hurley in room 120. There are opportunities during our upcoming build days and during the musical performances.

There will be a parent meeting for the 2026 Harper Creek Clay Target team on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The meeting will be in the High School cafeteria and will begin at 7:00 pm.
