We are hosting a parent night tonight for the Class of 2027 & 2028 at 6 pm. In the High School Library. We hosted a Senior Parent Night last week. If you were unable to attend, you may join tonight.
Our first blood drive will be this Friday, September 19. You must be 16 years or older to donate or have a parent complete a parental consent form. Forms can be found in the main office or with Mrs. Helmbreck.
The Charitable Union is holding its annual Winter Coat Drive. We encourage staff and students to donate. Donations of clean, gently used, or new winter coats are currently being accepted in a bin outside of the main office.
Interested in business or finance? Do you like to travel? DECA is recruiting students like you. Our first meeting is next week Wednesday, September 24, after school.
Book Club is starting soon. We will be reading Interview with the Vampire. We meet every Friday during lunch. If interested, you can sign up at the library or the main office. Sign-ups end Monday September 22. Thanks, we hope to see you there!
A representative from Central Michigan University will be here on Monday, September 22. During all lunches. She will also be available after the lunch to meet, answer questions, and give more information about the application and admissions process.
Attention all students interested in a career in skilled trades. Lincoln Tech is having an open house on Saturday, October 4. Stop in the counseling office to pick up a flyer!
Powderpuff sign-ups for Junior and Senior girls are available in the Athletic Office.
Attention freshmen: On Thursday, September 18th, representatives from Future Force, a scholarship program through Western Michigan University, will be in the cafeteria during all three lunches. Stop by their table to learn about the program and get details about the upcoming orientation, where you can pick up an application.
Attention all 9th and 10th graders: There will be a field trip to the Regional Manufacturing Technology Center at KCC on Thursday October 9th. Please sign up in the counseling office to attend. If you are interested in welding, being an electrician, or possibly working in the trades someday, this would be a great opportunity for you!
