Athletics
Harper Creek Middle School offers a variety of sports for 6th through 8th-grade students. Please see each individual sport, under the sports' seasons tabs on this page, for more information regarding tryouts and other pertinent information.
Sport Participation Requirements
Every student must have a physical on file to try out and participate in a sport. The physical must be performed by a physician and dated after April 15th of the current beginning school year. Physical forms are available online or can be picked up from the Middle School office.
Athletic Fees
Athletic Fees for the 2022-2023 School Year are $30 per student per sport. Harper Creek families will pay no more than $200 in athletic fees. This includes family members participating in high school sports. Free and Reduced Meals qualified students' athletic fees are waived.
Academic Standards
Academic eligibility is run every Thursday at 3:00 for the following week. If a student is failing more than 2 classes they will not be allowed to participate in any games for that week, even if grades are brought up during the week. They will, however still be allowed to practice.
