Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade-level bin in the cafeteria. Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! Starting at the end of the month, there will be a prize for the student in each grade level who has received the most Lead Tickets.
Please remember to have your students complete Thoughtful Thursday this week.
The data really helps us see what supports students are in need of.
Students interested in What A Do Theater: Get ready for the spotlight — this year’s middle school play is Matilda Jr.! Visit the Middle School website for Registration. You can also find more information in the middle school office. Once you register, you will receive audition information on the Band App. If you have any further information, please contact Ms. Fronsman or Mrs. Mayhew. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the magic.
Attention 5th & 6th grade girls! Girls on the Run is back! Come run, laugh, and build new friendships. Registration is open now—stop by the main office to grab a flyer and sign up. Our running adventure starts on Tuesday, March 10! Teachers: Girls on the Run is seeking coaches! Interested in getting involved or know someone who is? Contact Ms. Mayhew to learn how.
In Sports News:
The 7th grade B team beat Coldwater 13 -10. Top scorers were Aubrianna Kirsh with 6 points. Lauren Lazarov had 4. Victoria Bogema scored 2 and Edriana Dimas scored 1.
The 7th grade A team won 44-14. Payton Smith led all scorers with 19. Lauren Casselman scored 18. Sophia Zima scored 5 and Reese Danielson had 2.
7th grade A Team will NOT have practice today
The girl's 8th grade B basketball team hosted Coldwater last night. They worked together to defeat the Cardinals 35 to 25. Top scorers were: Jordyn White with 14 points. Hailey Green with 9 points. Briella Fry and Abby Miller with 4 points each. Rachel Rangel and Adi Waterson both had 2 points apiece. The lady beavers have 2 more games left this season. Keep up the intensity, girls, and finish the season strong!
Attention 6th through 8th-grade girls! Harper Creek Middle School Club Softball tryouts will be held the week of March 16. Stop by the Main Office to grab a flyer with all the details.
If you are interested in Middle School Lacrosse, please sign up in the main office. You will need to take a registration form and waiver to be completed by your parents, then return those to the main office.
Also, there will be an informational meeting tomorrow Friday, Feb. 27, 6:00 pm in the Middle School Cafeteria.
Attention 7th and 8th graders interested in playing tennis. If you signed up for tennis please head to the cafeteria for a quick meeting after announcements.
