Communication Plan
Overview
HCCS is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections with all HCCS Stakeholders. Our goal is to ensure that families, students, staff, and the broader community are informed, engaged and connected to the life and work of the district.
We are committed to providing transparent, timely, and relevant communication that highlights daily activities, teaching and learning, key events, achievements, and strategic initiatives across HCCS. By utilizing the most effective platforms for the message, we aim to reach and resonate with our varied audiences.
Above all, we believe in open and honest dialogue. We invite our community to not only stay informed but to actively share their voices, helping us build a stronger, more connected school district for everyone.

Our stakeholders include, but are not limited to:
Students

Local Businesses
Communication Goals
- Offer the HCCS community a view into the schools and district through our website, social media, and local media outlets.
- Engage with all stakeholders in two-way communications.
- Inform the HCCS community about district initiatives, issues, and well-being with data-supported responses.
- Build trust with all stakeholders through transparency, accessibility, and honesty.
