Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade level bin located in the cafeteria.  Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! 

Starting Thursday morning we will be selling foam fingers, blue and silver beads, tattoos, and stickers to show your Harper Creek School Spirit. Head to the lobby in front of the main office with cash before 1st hour on Thursday and Friday.

Spirit Week: Today is Rhyme without a Reason; Choose a partner/group costume that have nothing to do with each other, except rhyme, Thursday Generations; 5th Senior Citizen 6th BBQ Dad/Soccer Mom, 7th College, 8th Baby/Toddler and Friday White Out!

Attention Web Leaders: ALL WEB LEADERS: Please check your Google Classroom for a sign-up sheet to volunteer to help at the carnival this Friday! Your help with the carnival games is greatly appreciated and will help the event run smoothly!

Join us for the 11th Annual Homecoming Carnival on Friday October 3 from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm in the Front Yard of our Middle School. The carnival starts directly after school and students are allowed to stay. There will be inflatables, a dunk tank, back load slide, Mid-way games, snow cones, cotton candy, pony rides, ice cream, and food trucks. Tickets will be on sale through Thursday, October 2 during all lunches. Tickets are 4 for a $1.00. For the rest of the week they will be for sale in the main office before school starts.

The Charitable Union Coat Drive runs through October 15. Please Donate new or gently used clean coats. You can place them in the bin by the main office.

2024-2025 Yearbooks are for sale in the Library. They are $30.00. The link to purchase 2025-2026 yearbook is on the Harper Creek Middle School website.

In Sports News: Middle School Cross Country traveled to Charlton Park in Hastings on Tuesday to compete in the I-8 Jamboree #2 in an unseasonably hot race. This course requires the runners to run up a very large hill two times, combining this with the heat makes for a challenging race. 

Girls finished 1st place overall! Boys finished 2nd place overall!

Great job to all of our runners! Our next meet is Saturday at Portage competing in the biggest XC meet in the state of Michigan!

Last night, volleyball had an away match at Jackson Western. The 7A team lost in three, MVP was Lauren Casselman. 7B won, MVPs were Reese Danielson and Kenedii Rogers. 8A won, MVP was Ryker Long. 8B lost in three, MVPs were Sophia Ruiz and Leah Marshall. Way to go ladies, good luck at Hastings tomorrow!
