Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade level bin located in the cafeteria.  Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! Starting at the end of the month, there will be a prize for the student in each grade level who has received the most Lead Tickets.

Tickets are now on sale for the high school’s fall play: Murder on the Orient Express! Student tickets are only $5! Join us November 7th, 8th, and 9th for mayhem, mystery, and of course murder

Reminder: the WMU interns are not here today, so please do not send any students.

2024-2025 Yearbooks are for sale in the Library. They are $30.00. The link to purchase 2025-2026 yearbook is on the Harper Creek Middle School website.

In Sports News: 7th and 8th-grade boys' basketball sign-up is in the gym. Tryouts start on Monday, October 20th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Online Registration is now open. Harper Creek Athletics is transitioning to an online registration system for the 2025 - 2026 school year. This change aims to streamline the registration process for both athletes and parents. There is the link on the Middle School Athletics page for more information. You must have a physical on file in the office in order to tryout. Please, see Mr. Bowling if you have questions.

Let’s give a huge shoutout to our 7th grade Beavers football team, who wrapped up their season last night with a dominant 38-8 victory over Hastings, finishing the season undefeated at 6-0!  Offensive standouts included:

  • Cooper Ledbetter with two touchdowns
  • Ja'Monney Anderson, Reid Dingman, and Evan Oursler each scoring one touchdown
  • Grady Davis and Rowan Green each ran in a 2-point conversion
  • Colton Hess and Titus Tindol each threw a touchdown pass

Defensive leaders were:
Jaxson Austin, Grady Davis, Evan Oursler, JJ Leadendecker, Brayden Peterson, Reid Dingman, and Griffin Kostakis

Way to go, boys! You made Harper Creek proud with a shutout season! Let’s hear it for your 2025 undefeated 7th grade football team! 

Congratulations to the dominating 8th Grade Football Team. They finished their season off last night undefeated, making them I-8 Champions. This is a huge accomplishment; your hard work and dedication have definitely paid off.
