Attention Chess Club: There will be no Chess Club this Thursday, November 13!

Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade level bin located in the cafeteria.  Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! Starting at the end of the month, there will be a prize for the student in each grade level who has received the most Lead Tickets.


Reminder: Today is Tuesday and the WMU interns are here. Don't forget to come down at your assigned time.

Kindness Week is this week, November 10 through the 14

Empathy is being able to step into someone else’s shoes and feel what they feel—it makes us kinder, more understanding, and builds a stronger community.  Huge kindness shoutouts to Braylon Antes, Kacie Hankinson, Lincoln Bacon, Hainsley Casey, Maggie Herr, Cayden Dell, Reed Maichele, Katie Duckworth, Mrs. Bartlett, Mr. Crackle, Mrs. Stanton, and Mrs. Arnett!  Thank you for being so understanding and empathetic!  We appreciate how considerate you are of others and their feelings!

The spirit week dress up days are  Wednesday: Team up against bullying, wear your favorite jersey, Thursday: Kindness never sleeps, wear your cozy PJs and kindness t-shirt, Friday: Kindness glows here: wear your brightest neon colors. 

Student Council is hosting a 5/6 grade dance on Thursday, November 13 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and a 7/8 grade dance on Friday, November, 14 from 3:00 pm 5:00 pm. It is a $5.00 admission and tickets will be available next week during lunch. Concession items will also be available for purchase. 

In Sports News: All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys and girls interested in Middle School Swimming and Diving, stop by in the main office to sign up! The season will start after Thanksgiving and you must have a physical on file before the first practice. No previous swimming and diving experience is necessary!
