Attention Chess Club: There will be no Chess Club this Thursday, November 13!
Attention Staff and Students! Students, please remember to deposit your LEAD tickets in the grade level bin located in the cafeteria. Teachers don't forget to sign them so that you have a chance to win a prize too! Starting at the end of the month, there will be a prize for the student in each grade level who has received the most Lead Tickets.
Kindness Week is this week, November 10through the 14.
Inclusion and acceptance are making sure everyone feels safe, welcomed and valued... no matter who they are! Kindness shoutouts to Ryder Jozwiak, Ellie Danielson, Owen Rathburn, Lauren Rathburn, Molly Schwartz, Chris Falconberry II, Noah Martin, Miya Herman, Mrs. Eddy, Mr. Dishaw, Miss Dempsey, and Miss Whitmyer! Thank you for including others, accepting people for who they are and celebrating differences!
The spirit week dress up days are as follows, Today: Team up against bullying, wear your favorite jersey, Thursday: Kindness never sleeps, wear your cozy PJs and kindness t-shirt, Friday: Kindness glows here: wear your brightest neon colors.
Student Council is hosting a 5/6 grade dance on Thursday, November 13 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and a 7/8 grade dance on Friday, November, 14 from 3:00 pm 5:00 pm. It is a $5.00 admission and tickets will be available during lunch. Concession items will also be available for purchase.
In Sports News: All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys and girls interested in Middle School Swimming and Diving, stop by in the main office to sign up! The season will start after Thanksgiving and you must have a physical on file before the first practice. No previous swimming and diving experience is necessary!
